Construction
Only polyolefin bicomponent thermal-bonded fibers (ES fibers) are used, forming stable porous structures through fiber-to-fiber bonding.
Advantages:
- Proprietary ES fibers developed by JNC and patented. Fiber-to-fiber bonding at each contact point forms a rigid, uniform structure, ensuring stable filtration, minimizing pore size variation, and preventing filter media migration.
- Density-gradient structure across thickness prolongs filter life.
- Simple yet clean and robust design using advanced fiber technology enables longer lifespan and higher flow rates.
- Three-dimensional ES fiber network creates a rigid filter core, capable of withstanding high differential pressures.
- Fiber diameters vary by filtration grade, clearly ranging from 1 μm to 200 μm nominal.
FDA-compliant material ensures clean and safe filtration.
Quality:
- CP filter materials comply with FDA CFR 21 (USA).
- Compliant with RoHS regulations.
- Compliant with REACH regulations.
- NSF certification available for DOE filter series.
- Manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities.
- Manufactured in ISO 14001 certified facilities.
